December 7, 2024, we gathered to celebrate an incredible milestone—the inaugural EmpowerU Achievement Ceremony! This event honored our participants for their dedication, growth, and commitment to self-advocacy and leadership.
The room was filled with excitement and pride as participants received their Certificates of Achievement, marking their completion of the program. Families, friends, and supporters joined in the celebration, making it a truly special day. From heartfelt speeches to inspiring reflections, the event showcased the impact of EmpowerU in empowering individuals to embrace their strengths and advocate for their futures.
Our EPIC Disability Advocacy team is beyond grateful for the support of our participants, families, and volunteers who helped make this event such a success. We are especially proud that EmpowerU has been built entirely through volunteer efforts, without the support of grants—just a shared passion for making a difference.
